照鏡潭位於船灣淡水湖西北，新娘潭景區的另一條瀑布，水源來自八仙嶺一帶溪流，其氣勢與新娘潭瀑布不相百仲。
Mirror Pool Waterfall is located at the north west region of Plover Cove Country Park, it is one of the waterfalls in Bride's Pool, water sourcing from the streams in Pat Sin Leng. Though the area near the footbridge is picturesque, with fast flowing streams hemmed in by thickly forested slopes, there's an impressive fall along the stream.
